Group IT HUB Manager Romania & Moldova

As the Group IT HUB Manager, you will be the primary IT Business Partner for local stakeholders, ensuring that business needs align with IT solutions. You will manage demand at the local level and coordinate complex IT initiatives in collaboration with Group IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for local business stakeholders, understanding their needs and priorities.
• Lead demand management by translating business requirements into structured initiatives.
• Develop and oversee project work plans for complex IT projects.
• Coordinate workshops, trainings, and stakeholder sessions to support solution alignment and change adoption.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review project progress and outcomes.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with local business functions and Group IT teams.
• Collaborate with other IT Managers to ensure efficient IT delivery and consistent service quality.
• Monitor service and operational level agreements, aligning corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure coordination and optimization of IT systems within the supported companies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including leadership roles across multiple locations.
• Strong technical background in Microsoft environments, networking, IT security, and cloud solutions.
• Proven experience in IT strategy, infrastructure management, and team coordination.
• Advanced project management skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel occasionally across HUB markets.
