Michael Page - Provides correct formalization of the planning process, collaborating with various functions to elaborate data and information, respecting contents, times, and formats defined - Identifies significant business areas for management control purposes and highlights critical and successful factors - Defines parameters and management indicators in a logic of integration with other company sectors. - Programs and coordinates activities related to the elaboration of the annual budget, intervening directly if necessary, to provide assistance to individual Departments - Coordinates activities for forecasting and accounting for industrial costs - Ensures correct application of procedures for data collection and processing to compare with budget data - Analyzes deviations between budget and corresponding accounts and relates on causes of variations detected and possible corrective actions. - Activates proposals for correcting economic facts - Coordinates and controls all necessary activities for the development of analytical accounting, ensuring regular application of procedures for data collection and processing - Ensures calculation of economic convenience of investments in terms of value added to the Company and control at year-end of expected results - Stays updated on the development of techniques and tools related to planning and management control activities - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or related fields - In-depth knowledge of industrial accounting and P&L management - Ability to analyze data and prepare financial reports - Experience in the FMCG/Cosmetic sector or structured company environments - Excellent knowledge of ERP tools - Skills in team management and inter-functional collaboration processes - Fluency in English language The Company is a large organization operating in the FMCG/Cosmetic sector, with a solid national and international presence.
