Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement financial strategies aligned with our growth objectives.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management control processes.
• Develop and optimize financial and management reporting systems.
• Ensure financial discipline, manage cash flows, and optimize cost structures.
• Support strategic decisions on investments, capacity expansion, and capital allocation.
• Collaborate closely with the management team and majority shareholder within a transparent governance framework.

• Proven experience in a financial leadership role.
