Group Finance Manager - Cape Town

Description Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Finance Manager to join their team. As the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Responsibilities: Manage the full finance function of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and profitability of the company Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to achieve business objectives Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities for improvement Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to other departments and teams.
