We are looking for a Group & Events Manager (m/w/x) who is passionate about delivering exceptional events and experiences. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, as well as developing and implementing new event concepts. Your tasks will include: • Developing and implementing event strategies in collaboration with the hotel's management and sales teams; • Coordinating and managing all aspects of event planning, including logistics, catering, and decorations; • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat business and referrals; • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events; • Monitoring and controlling event budgets and expenses; • Identifying opportunities for growth and developing new revenue streams.
