What you will do in the role:

• Lead & Inspire: Provide clear direction, leadership, and support to equipment teams across all geographies, building capability and accountability.
• Create Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive container fleet strategy that aligns with business growth, market needs, and cost efficiency objectives.
• Drive Change: Implement new systems, processes, and tools that enhance planning, performance reporting, and decision-making.
• Optimise Performance: Ensure equipment flows and inventories are managed effectively, balancing customer requirements, costs, and service standards.
• Enable Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Trade, and Agency teams to ensure forward planning translates into accurate equipment positioning and optimal fleet use.
• Focus on Data & Insight: Build high-quality, accurate reporting frameworks that provide transparency and enable smarter decisions across the business.
• Deliver Results: Own the budget process, vendor contracts, and container lease agreements, ensuring strong financial outcomes and compliance.
