Job Title: Group Digital Applications & OT Manager Reports to: Chief Information Officer (CIO) Role Overview SOMACIS is growing internationally and strengthening its digital capabilities across plants and functions. To support this evolution, we are looking for a Group Digital Applications & OT Manager — a technically solid and hands‑on professional who can guide our application landscape, support our factories, and help us build a more integrated and reliable digital environment. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, requiring strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex IT projects, developing and implementing digital strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy for SOMACIS, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. • Lead the development of new digital applications and services that support business processes and improve operational efficiency. • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into existing systems and infrastructure. • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, IT professionals, and factory managers. • Identify and prioritize digital initiatives that drive business value and align with company objectives. • Develop and manage budgets for digital projects and initiatives. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the field of digital applications and operations technology. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects, developing and implementing digital strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities. • Experience with digital technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Internet of Things (IoT). • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards related to digital applications and operations technology. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
