Group Controller (m/w/d)

We are Proxy Temp – a regional personnel service provider from the Rhein-Main region, which brings together professionals and executives with the right companies. On behalf of an established, internationally active technology company in the machine building industry with its headquarters in Dietzenbach, we are looking for an experienced Group Controller (m/w/d) in direct placement and unlimited employment contract. Aufgaben

You will take on a central role in the group's controlling and work closely with the Head of Group Planning and Controlling. All the following tasks are an integral part of the job:

• Preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated reports, as well as regular statistics
• Participation in bid preparation (preliminary calculation) in accordance with group guidelines
• Monitoring of ongoing calculations and preparation of subsequent calculations
• Assistance in quarterly and annual closing work according to HGB
• Monthly cost center and cost bearer discussions
• Preparation, monitoring, and updating of the business accounting sheet (BAB)
• Evaluation of existing assets in accordance with group guidelines

Qualifikation

• Completed degree in economics, training as a controller or comparable qualification with affinity to controlling
• At least 3 years of professional experience in operational controlling, group controlling, or project controlling in a manufacturing company – experience in the machine building industry is a clear plus
• Safe handling of HGB closing work
• Very good Excel skills (references, pivot tables – no macros required); knowledge of Diamant or ISAH is an advantage
• Proactive and inquisitive working style: You ask questions, question numbers, and actively obtain the information you need
• Travel readiness of approximately 30% (national, irregular, maximum 1-2 days per week)
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills (school grade 2-3) in writing and speaking
• Availability: available immediately or with a notice period of up to 3 months
