Group Business System Analyst

I am looking for a Group Business Systems Analyst with solid experience in Salesforce (minimum 3 years in administration and configuration) to contribute to the optimization and development of information systems in a premium beverage distribution company.

In this role, the candidate will analyze requirements, implement IT solutions, and transform internal processes, working closely with the sales, logistics, and operations teams.
Location: Bucharest/remote (physical presence at the office at key moments: when the manager comes to Romania)

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business functions and organizational requirements;
• Support the implementation and optimization of information systems;
• Create and update workflow diagrams and technical specifications;
• Recommend and implement controls and procedures for existing systems;
• Define project requirements, milestones, team, and budget;
• Monitor project progress and report activities;
• Create and update user documentation and provide support;
• Participate in workshops and professional development activities;
• Perform other role-related responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
• Solid experience in Salesforce Administration and Configuration;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar roles;
• University degree in Business, Computer Science, or a relevant field;
• Advanced skills in end-user testing and training;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, professional maturity, and strong sense of ownership;
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
• Fluent in English;
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
