Leading Safari Company offering safaris with heart, purpose and authenticity based in Fourways is currently looking for an experienced Group & Series Specialist Consultant. We’re looking for a dynamic, driven and enthusiastic groups consultant to create seamless, high-impact group adventures that will leave travellers raving. The Groups Series Consultant is responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of pre-packaged and tailor-made group series tours . The consultant acts as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded. This role requires a strong understanding of our company values and mission to deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients • Coordinating logistics for group tours, including transportation, accommodation and activities • Ensuring seamless execution of group tours, from planning to delivery • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective marketing strategies • Maintaining accurate records and reports on group tour performance and client feedback. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the tourism industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
