To accompany the growth of our company group and enable further growth, we are looking for an expert (m/w/d) for the area "Consolidation & Consolidated Financial Statements" in our CFO Office. If you also bring tax knowledge or have successfully completed the StB examination – all the better!

Function and Responsibilities

• Ongoing coordination of intercompany transactions
• Consolidation of individual financial statements (AEKo, SchuKo, and KapKo)
• Annual preparation of the HGB-compliant consolidated financial statements
• Leadership of the annual financial statement audit/main point of contact for the WP
• Preparation of pro-forma consolidated quarterly financial statements
• Project leadership for special projects as the "right-hand man" of our CFO
• Interface between the FiBu (internal and external) and Controlling
• Overall responsibility for ensuring compliance with commercial law requirements and regulations

Skills and Experience

• SUCCESSFUL STUDIES in the field of administrative or economic sciences (BWL, VWL, Finance, Accounting, etc.)
• First professional experience in a comparable position in a group or as an audit assistant (focus on consolidation and consolidated financial statement audit) in an auditing firm
• Knowledge of income tax law or even a successfully completed StB examination would be an additional plus – then your tasks could expand to include tax-related topics
• IT affinity and interest in new apps and processes, as well as the future topic "AI"
• Tendency to continuously optimize tools and processes – for others or yourself
• Safe handling of all MS Office family/MS365 applications, especially MS Excel
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style with high quality standards
