Job description
Position Group Accountant Location Midrand Role Description To take responsibility for financial and other tasks related to specific business units as well as group finance activities. Key Performance Areas Monthly financial and management reporting. Meeting specific month end deadlines in a timely manner. Capture financial entries, review financial performance and distribute financial reports. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. Preparation of GP reports for analysis, and margin interrogation. Analysis of financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide support to the finance team as required. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
