Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Provide technical accounting support to group companies and drive the implementation of technical standards (IFRS17). Lead the Finance IFRS17 workstream meetings and drive participation and manage deadlines. Design and develop IFRS 17 finance reports including management accounts. Facilitate the audit process by liaising with auditors. Ensure compliance with IFRS 17 and other relevant accounting standards. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Provide training and support to team members on IFRS 17 and other relevant accounting standards. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in financial reporting. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and apply this knowledge to improve financial reporting and compliance.
