Group Accountant

Group Accountant Reference: Pta003314-DV-1 Our client in the retail/manufacturing industry is seeking a Group Accountant to join them in Germiston, Gauteng. The successful candidate will report to the Group Financial Manager and will have experience with bill of materials, accounting, creditors and expenses, cashbook, annual audits, and budgets. Duties & Responsibilities The successful incumbent will be responsible for: Accounting Creditors and Expenses Cashbook Record keeping and filing Internationally, the Group Accountant will be required to: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Coordinate and participate in the annual audit process. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
