Ground Operations Performance Manager

Join our team as Ground Operations Performance Manager, where you will be in charge of designing, standardizing and implementing ground operations processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational consistency throughout the network, centralized communication and continuous supervision through the CCA, aligning the operation with the company's strategic objectives and strengthening station autonomy. Main functions: Define, document, centralize and validate the existing procedures and standards for ground operations; Develop and implement a performance management system to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics; Collaborate with the Operations team to identify areas of improvement and develop corrective actions; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; Provide training and support to station personnel on ground operations processes and procedures; Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions; Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including station managers and other key contacts.
