Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Ground Hostesses. As a Ground Hostess, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for passengers at the airport. Responsibilities: * Greeting and assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and other related services. * Providing information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, boarding procedures, and airport facilities. * Addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner. * Ensuring that the boarding area is clean, organized, and well-maintained. * Assisting passengers with special needs, such as those with disabilities or unaccompanied minors. * Coordinating with other airport staff, such as security personnel and gate agents, to ensure smooth operations. * Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with passengers. * Adhering to safety and security regulations and protocols. * Assisting passengers with lost or delayed baggage. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Customer service experience is preferred. * Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Fluency in English and Hindi is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
