Tasks

• You are the central contact person for our customers in the industry for major projects in the areas of process plants, clean rooms, automation systems and specialized electrical infrastructures.
  You take responsibility for the management of major projects - from the offer phase to planning, implementation and controlling to successful handover to the customer. Your strategic view ensures that each project is realized on time, efficiently and with high quality.
• You lead and coordinate your project team technically and organizationally, plan the personnel deployment and motivate the employees to achieve top performance together. Under your leadership, the team continuously develops and masters even complex challenges.
• Through your proactive and professional support, you build long-term, trusting customer relationships so that customers always come back to Selmoni.
  As a representative of Selmoni, you actively participate in specialist lectures and trade fairs, keep your knowledge up to date and represent our company as a competent contact point for industrial installations.

• You are sociable and actively maintain relationships with colleagues as well as with engineers, technicians and specialists from the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. With your cooperative communication skills, you are a valuable point of contact within and outside the company.
• You see the big picture and think in a networked way. You link different aspects and information together and make sound and sustainable decisions and drive projects in industrial environments such as factories, production plants and specialized research facilities.
• Your outstanding project management skills enable you to maintain an overview and set clear priorities even in complex projects.

These skills distinguish you

• Completed basic training in electrical engineering
• Completed further training as an electrical project manager:in installation and safety or comparable
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, applicable industry standards and industry-specific regulations
• Negotiation-proof in the German language and enjoyment of contact with people from different language regions. English language skills are therefore welcome, but not a must.
