Job Description

You like to roll up your sleeves and ensure that everything underground and on the construction site is well organized – together we get the job done.

Your job as a Site Setup Groundworker at RECO

As a Site Setup Groundworker at RECO, you work outdoors every day on various construction sites in the Netherlands. Together with colleagues, you ensure that everything needed on and around the construction site is well prepared and installed.

You perform excavation work, install facilities, and assist with technical tasks. You often work in a duo and are involved in practical work where you see clear results at the end of the day.

No day is the same: one day you are on a new project, the next you continue where you left off yesterday.

In short: you make the construction site ready so that others can do their work safely and effectively.

Your main activities include:

✅ Performing excavation and ground work;

✅ Assisting in the installation of construction site facilities;

✅ Supporting in electrical and other technical work;

✅ Collaborating with colleagues at different locations;

✅ Ensuring that the work is done safely and neatly.

Requirements

What do you bring?

👍 You are available full-time (40 hours)

👍 You are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors

👍 You have a BE driver's license (or are willing to obtain one)

👍 You think practically and enjoy working with your hands
