GRIT Trainee, Talent Program Management

Job Description Get to Know the Team The Talent Acquisition and People Experience team focuses on strategic programs to lead talent-related projects, efficiencies and experiences across our talent programmes. We make an impact by building programmes and managing them through multiple experiments and project implementations. Get to Know the Role This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme . This traineeship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, working closely with our experienced team members. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of various talent programs, including but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Talent Retention, and Employee Engagement. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Assisting in the design and development of talent programs, Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation, Providing administrative support for program management, Analyzing data to measure program effectiveness, Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Get to Know the Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive).
