This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.

We are looking for a trainee who can drive end-to-end projects for the Regional Strategy & Ops Team. You derive satisfaction from solving problems with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will work on interesting problems across Grab's different verticals

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will understand the business requirements and define the project scope and approach
• You will support in project implementatins
• You will work and align with cross functional stakeholders to achieve the desired project goals
• You will conduct data-driven and qualitative analysis to provide recommendations
• You will project manage complex cross vertical and cross functional projects
• You will support the tracking of OKR
