Within this, the Merchant Operations team advocates for merchant-partners, advocating for enhanced experiences and success. Collaborating across business products and departments, we integrate hyperlocal nuances, improve journeys, and support growth while ensuring cost efficiency. Get to Know the Role This is a 6 months full-time trainee programme designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in Payment Operations. As a GRIT Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives business growth for Grab Singapore. You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and expertise in payment operations, including payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Processing and settling payments in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. • Conducting thorough investigations into payment discrepancies and resolving issues promptly. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, banks, and other partners. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in payment operations.
