Grimaldi Group SpA The Grimaldi Graduate Program is a paid training and insertion program, designed for new graduates. Within this program, new graduates, appropriately accompanied by our Managers, will have the opportunity to take on different roles and rotate through multiple offices, choosing from 4 dedicated paths: 1) Administration, Finance, and Control; 2) Sales & Operations; 3) IT (Artificial Intelligence; Cyber Security; Business Intelligence; Software Development); 4) Engineering. The program, lasting 12 months, provides 3 job rotations for each path, alternating learning and action experience designed to foster talent development, achieve autonomy in the role, and cultivate both relational skills (Soft Skills) and technical skills (Hard Skills). To whom it is addressed The Grimaldi Graduate Program is addressed to new graduates (not more than 12 months from graduation) who have earned a specialist or master's degree with the highest grades and excellent command of the English language. The title of study must be compatible with the training paths offered, and every application will only be considered if relevant to the role for which one applies. The selection process The first selection is based on screening and evaluation of the Curriculum; this will be followed by a testing phase (Psychological and English Language) and an individual interview to evaluate skills, relational abilities, motivation, and fit with company culture.
