The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing grilled dishes to a high standard, supporting the kitchen team, and ensuring excellent food quality. This is a live-out position. Key Responsibilities • Preparing and cooking grilled dishes according to company standards • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the grill area • Supporting the kitchen team in preparing and serving meals • Ensuring excellent food quality and presentation • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment • Adhering to company policies and procedures • Working effectively as part of a team • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information • Being proactive and taking initiative to improve processes and procedures • Being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment • Being able to work independently and as part of a team • Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Having the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Having a strong attention to detail and being able to follow instructions accurately • Having a positive attitude and being able to work well under pressure • Having a valid driver's license and being willing to travel occasionally • Being available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Being willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as the company grows and evolves.
