Your responsibilities:
- Maintain the quality of customer service in the store by promoting team mobilization;
- Manage human resources entrusted to you (recruitment, training, evaluation, recognition, time and pay management, etc.);
- Ensure a rigorous follow-up on tasks and responsibilities assigned to employees and support them as needed in their execution;
- Maintain respect for established company standards, policies, and procedures;
