Greenhouse Foreman ? Historic Nursery in Rome

Effect Domino Our client, a prestigious Roman nursery with a long tradition in the green sector, constantly growing, is looking for a Greenhouse Foreman to be permanently inserted into its team. Main responsibilities - Carry out operational gardening activities, assisted by one or more assistants. - Organize, coordinate and guide the work of the team, ensuring efficiency, quality and respect for deadlines. - Install and test irrigation systems (drop-by-drop and invisible). - Care for the aesthetic and functional quality of installations, ensuring high-level results. Requirements requested - Minimum experience of 5 years as a professional gardener. - Autonomous management of works on terraces and small gardens. - Excellent knowledge of ornamental plants from outside and pruning and maintenance techniques. - Ability to install irrigation systems independently. - Attitude towards team management and strong sense of responsibility. - Availability to work on Saturdays during the peak season (approximately from March to July). - B license and preferably self-owned vehicle.
