Green Space Manager

Manpower Our client, a large company in Geneva, is looking for a fixed-term Green Space Manager. Your mission: - Manage indoor and outdoor green spaces at different company sites. - Supervise various contractors responsible for maintaining green spaces and interior plants. - Monitor activities to ensure quality and compliance with biodiversity standards. - Establish action plans and budgets for maintenance and improvement of green spaces, aligning practices with the company's environmental objectives. - Implement and promote biodiversity initiatives. Your profile: - Degree in horticulture, ecology, environmental management or similar field - In-depth knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants, their care, irrigation systems, green roofs, and ecological landscaping techniques - Good knowledge of biodiversity - Familiarity with Microsoft Office software - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Dynamic, curious, and proactive person - Ability to work independently or in a team - 5-10 years of experience desired
