Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. You will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of Marva Group across digital and print platforms. From social media content and presentations to branding materials and campaign assets, youll help us bring our brand to life in a compelling and consistent way.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Marketing Assets: Create engaging graphics for social media, email campaigns, presentations, web, and print materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with Marva Groups brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across channels.
• Social Media Content: Collaborate with the team to design scroll-stopping visuals for LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Support Campaigns: Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, and company events.
• Presentation Design: Build high-quality, branded slide decks for internal and external use.
• Content Adaptation: Resize, reformat, and adapt designs across multiple formats and channels as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content writers, and other departments to support design needs across the company.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Canva
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (a plus, but not required)
