Job Purpose A Designer on the Content & Engagement team is a skilled strategic thinker who is responsible for crafting highly branded and conversion-oriented visual content across various platforms, including but not limited to: social media, email campaigns, website design, and print materials. This role requires a deep understanding of Carnegie's brand identity and ability to apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a strong portfolio showcasing their work. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including writers, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
