GRAPHIC DESIGNER - FASHION SECTOR

e-work SpA is looking for a Graphic Designer to develop creative and technical designs for fashion accessories (handbags, belts, scarves, hats, gloves, etc.) dedicated to men, women, and children. The company, a producer of fashion accessories, is located in Funo di Argelato (BO). The resource will be responsible for: - designing and developing collections of fashion accessories; - coordinating with foreign suppliers for prototyping and production; - collaborating with the internal style and product team; - supervising and managing the operational phases of the project; - coordinating junior or external freelance figures. Requirements: - consolidated experience in the fashion/accessory sector; - Ability to create: moodboards, figurines, and technical drawings; graphics and patterns for printing on fabrics and materials; detailed product sheets; - excellent mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; - fluent English (spoken and written); - ability to interface with foreign suppliers (particularly China); - autonomy, proactivity, and problem-solving; - attitude towards coordinating small teams and managing collection development.
