Graphic Designer Production

Senior Production Designer This position is part of our creative team in Pune, India General Overview / Purpose of Job: The Senior Production Designer is responsible for handling the final stages of design projects and mass design production for hundreds of products for ecommerce. You’ll fine-tune the work of our graphic designers, ensuring that they are ready to export. You’ll work closely with our art directors, graphic designers, creative project managers, and copywriters. You must be both technically skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale design projects, preferably in the ecommerce or retail industry. Key Responsibilities: • Review and finalize designs from graphic designers to ensure they meet our high standards. • Collaborate with art directors, creative project managers, and copywriters to develop design concepts that align with brand guidelines. • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our brand’s visual identity and messaging. • Ensure all designs are optimized for ecommerce platforms (e.g., product images, category pages). • Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design. • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to improve our design processes. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Production Designer or similar role. • Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and project management skills.
