Graphic Designer

What’s the scope of this role? In this role, you’ll collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, writers, editors, and subject-matter experts to create and design a variety of visually rich assets to support presentations, workbooks, handouts, user guides, infographics, and brochures. Responsibilities Leverage knowledge of graphic design principles to increase usability and transform complex written information into clear and precise visual communication. Visualize business and technical concepts into engaging graphics, illustrations, and diagrams that effectively communicate key messages. Develop a deep understanding of the organization’s brand identity and apply it consistently across all visual assets. Ensure all designs are visually appealing, easy to read, and align with the organization’s overall aesthetic. Create and maintain design templates, style guides, and other visual assets as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual strategies that support business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design.
