Your Tasks

• Operational Implementation: Implementation of visual concepts based on strategic objectives – from the initial idea to the final result and in close coordination with art direction and strategy.
• Cross-media Design: Development and implementation of consistent brand and communication solutions for print and digital.
• Quality Assurance in the Design Process: Ensuring design quality across all touchpoints, formats, and assets.
• Creative Use of New Technologies: Confident use of AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, ChatGPT) for creative exploration, design, and efficiency improvement.
• Collaboration at Eye Level: Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments.
• Content Visualization & Structuring: Participation in the visualization and development of presentations, content structures, and communication models.
• Process Optimization & Innovation Drive: Active participation in the further development of internal processes with a focus on relevance and innovation.

What You Bring

• All-rounder Profile in Print and Digital: Several years of professional experience in communication design or visual design, as well as the ability to confidently and independently implement tasks in both print and digital areas – ideally in an agency or consulting environment.
• Implementation Strength with Quality Standards: Self-organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in operational implementation – from the initial idea to the final result.
• Tool Proficiency & AI Competence: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, as well as very good knowledge and practical experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, and ChatGPT.
• Drive & Ambition: Desire for further development, joy in creating, openness to feedback, and a growth-oriented attitude.
• Team Player: Collaborative working style in exchange with creatives, strategists, and consultants – with a strong contribution to team culture.
