Inspire and develop communication skills in-store and digitally that complete and amplify the shopping experience and product presentation through IKEA's visual and verbal identity, contributing to building consumer perception of the IKEA brand in the local market as unique and consistent.

1. Your task

Inspire and challenge colleagues in graphic communication at the store to develop their graphic communication skills and all store communication. Strengthen the uniqueness and consistency of IKEA's identity in-store and digital communication.

• Manage the process of creating and providing in-store communication that transmits the benefits of the IKEA concept, completes and improves product presentation using proven solutions, recommended principles, guidelines, and national directions.
• Implement and manage communication strategies and solutions in-store and digitally that support a convenient shopping experience, utilizing knowledge about home life and purchase behavior in the local market.
• Actively support the development and execution of the store business plan and department action plan with initiatives focused on growing the business and supporting long-term profitability.
• Transfer deep knowledge and skills about in-store communication to work together with the Com&In team and other store functions, exploiting commercial opportunities and understanding the impact of these actions on financial results.
• Contribute actively to the network of graphic communicators at the store and share proven solutions with a strong follow-up to take strategic decisions to achieve commercial results.
• Capacitate and support colleagues in graphic communication at the store to ensure high standards of visual balance and consistency, quality, simplicity, profitability, and sustainability in the production and implementation of all store communication.
