Graphic Designer/Media Consultant (m/w/d) with a View to the Whole

Tasks

We are looking for a creative personality with a good sense of design, image language, and brand effect – and enthusiasm to take on responsibility beyond just the graphic job.

Your tasks:

• Conceptualization, design, and implementation of print templates in various formats (e.g. postcards, flyers, posters, advertisements, as well as equipment for facilities such as signs, banners, and signage)
• Design and further development of marketing materials including motif development, layout, and coordination with service providers up to production
• Creation, editing, and follow-up processing of image material
• Building, structuring, and continuous maintenance of a central photo database
• Graphic design, typesetting, and production preparation for magazines, brochures, and business reports
• Closely working together with internal and external partners – from the idea to the finished product

Qualification

You bring:

• A completed education or degree in the field of graphic design, media consulting, visual communication, or comparable qualification – supplemented by relevant work experience
• A secure sense of layout, typography, image language, and a consistent brand appearance
• Safe and conscious handling of photography – from the idea to the implementation and selection of suitable motifs
• A high degree of creativity as well as the ability to actively bring in your own ideas, develop them further, and implement them independently
• Professional handling of image editing and graphic programs like Adobe Illustrator and Canva
• Experience working with CMS systems, especially WordPress
• Routine in collaboration with external service providers (e.g. printing companies, advertising agencies) as well as internal departments
• A developed sense of visual consistency across different channels
• Flexibility and resilience, especially during intense work periods or parallel projects
• Independent, structured working style and pleasure in accompanying projects comprehensively
• Experience in the field of photography is an advantage
