Aufgaben

Your Mission in this Role
In this role, you will ensure that our brand is visually convincing at every touchpoint and turns visitors into buying customers with a clear focus on converting design. You maximize the visual performance of our digital and physical assets, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure that your creations are efficiently created and contribute measurably to the e-commerce success of Bodenglück.

This is what you do for us

• You are responsible for conceiving, designing, and optimizing digital assets across our most important channels. This includes teasers, performance ads, email layouts, and product images for the shop.
• You develop and design high-quality physical touchpoints, from product packaging to brochures, with the goal of making the unpacking experience for our customers unforgettable.
• You steer your own creation process efficiently, prioritize design levers, and ensure that all assets are ready on time and in high quality.
• You use insights from marketing, shop, and campaigns to develop and improve designs geographically.
• You work closely with the marketing team and ensure that our visual language flows seamlessly along the entire customer journey across all digital and physical formats.

Qualifikation

What sets you apart

• You have a completed education or degree in graphic design and/or media.
• You have extensive experience in graphic design, ideally in e-commerce, and bring an understanding of user experience and psychological triggers to buying behavior.
• You possess strong initiative and understand efficient work as your personal responsibility. You act not only as a designer but also as the driver of our visual identity and set projects in motion without constant guidance.
• You have a good sense for brand impact, target groups, image language, and visual clarity.
• You are confident in handling Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and common UI/UX tools (such as Figma) and work efficiently with both digital and print formats.
• You can justify your design decisions in the team and act clearly, structured, and communicative.
