We are a young, rising company with already over 29 people in the team. Under our roof, we unite four companies and their brands: The MainTea GmbH with Better in Glass (Tea & Spices), the POWAFOOD GmbH with Bubble Pop (Market Leader Bubble Tea) and PRO2BE (chilled protein products), the Good Coco GmbH with Honest Coco (Coconut Water) – and another brand in the Smoothie area is already in the starting blocks.

Our brands stand visually strong – and that's exactly what we want to maintain and develop. For this, we are looking for an experienced graphic designer who with passion for good design and a genuine sense of brand identity ensures that our visual strength remains and grows.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the visual implementation of our brands – from packaging design to social media assets, campaign materials, etc.
• You work parallel on several brands with different target groups, tonalities, and style worlds and keep the respective brand core in mind at all times.
• You develop independent design concepts and bring them from idea to final implementation.
• You create print-ready files with the necessary precision – errors in the printing stage do not occur twice.
• You are the point of contact for all visual matters within the team – internally as well as externally.
• If we launch a new brand, you're involved from the very beginning: from the first mood board to the final brand appearance, you build the visual concept with us.
• You work intensively with KI tools and integrate them meaningfully into your creative workflow.

Qualification

• Completed studies or training in the field of design, communication design, or comparable.
• At least 2 years of professional experience – you know the daily routine and know how to structure and prioritize projects independently.
• Very secure handling with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – this is not a nice-to-have.
• A proven portfolio with various projects and style directions.
• The ability to think yourself into different brand worlds and put your own style aside for the sake of the brand style.
• Structured, self-reliant working method – you don't need daily guidance.
