Tasks

Your tasks on deck:

• You design all print communication materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, posters, POS materials, magazines/newspapers, articles, etc.
• You create and visualize our online advertising materials, whether for the website, newsletter, social media channels, banners, displays
• Creation and maintenance of our packaging design
• Care of visual communication in our company, taking into account our CI and corporate values
• You are responsible for all printing processes as well as communication with printers
• Creative conception and development of ideas, campaigns, and advertising materials in the team, as well as implementation of the developed ideas

Qualification

This is what we expect from you:

• You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design and communication or media design, corresponding studies or training are desirable
• A secure handling of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on: Indesign, Photoshop & Illustrator
• You have good knowledge of layout, typography, and retouching
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, and Excel) is necessary, as well as good German language skills in writing and speaking
• You convince with a proactive maker mentality and a structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style
• You are an enthusiastic team player with an open feedback culture, who communicates failures just as transparently as successes
