Aufgaben

Design, Marke und Kampagnen

Development and implementation of design and visual concepts for our musical productions

• Designing print and digital media (posters, flyers, program booklets, ads, merchandise, social media graphics, presentations)
• Transferring, maintaining and further developing our corporate design across all media
• Supporting the visual positioning of our production brands

Soziale Medien und digitale Inhalte

• Preparing files for printing and coordinating with print partners
• Coordinating projects and adjusting with external service providers
• Visual support for the positioning of our production brands

Marketing & Kommunikation

Designing performative social media visuals (posts, stories, reels cover, ads)

• Preparing files for printing and coordinating with print partners
• Coordinating projects and adjusting with external service providers
• Main point of contact for internal teams (marketing, production, technology and management)

Projekt- und Produktionsmanagement

• Quality-controlled creation, maintenance and provision of design templates
• Preparing files for printing and coordinating with print partners
• Coordinating projects and adjusting with external service providers
• Main point of contact for internal teams (marketing, production, technology and management)

Qualifikation

• Completed studies or vocational training in graphic design, communication design, media design or a comparable field
• Professional experience in the field of media design, ideally in the areas of culture, events or entertainment
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Canva knowledge is an asset
• Experience in designing for social media, digital ads and campaigns
• A keen sense of typography, layout and visual storytelling
• Bonus: Experience in video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve)
• Creative, conceptually strong and structured in implementation
• Team player with high communication skills and self-initiative
• Pleasure in storytelling and visual dramaturgy
• Well-developed organizational skills, sense of responsibility and good time management
• Affinity to theater, musicals, culture and live entertainment
