We are looking for a creative, hands-on person who does not only design – but thinks. Someone who understands: Good design serves marketing. It converts. It stays.

Good design at LPE means: Bringing customer benefits to the point. Clear. Fast. Effective.

You don't need real estate expertise for that – we'll bring it to you. What you should bring is a basic understanding of how people make decisions and what good marketing looks like compared to bad.

Tasks

• Social Media Content: Visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and our website – designs that stop in the feed and stay in memory.
• Marketing Material: Pitch decks, one-pagers, campaign graphics – everything that brings our brand forward.
• UX-optimized Designs: Landing pages, newsletters, CTAs – clear, user-friendly, and performance-oriented.
• Brand Consistency: You work consistently within our Brand Guide (logo, colors, typography) and ensure a unified brand image across all channels.
• Iterative Work: Feedback comes directly and clearly – you set up, we test, we optimize together.

Qualification

• Ongoing Studies: In graphic design, communication design, media design, or a comparable study program.
• Tool Knowledge: Canva (mandatory), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator – you know when which tool is sensible.
• Marketing Mindset: You understand that design is not an end in itself – effectiveness comes first.
• Fast Understanding Ability: Briefing in, design out – you work iteratively rather than perfectionistically.
• Eigenresponsibility: You take responsibility for your tasks and actively participate.
• Portfolio: Show us real works – social media, web design, marketing material. No concept studies, but projects that you have really implemented.
