We act always in line with the times and set new standards at over 30 modern service stations in the greater Munich area with our shops, café-bistros, beverage markets, gas stations, and environmentally friendly car washes.

For our team of around 45 colleagues at our modern corporate headquarters in Gräfelfing near Munich, we are looking for a full-time permanent replacement for our long-standing graphic designer who will be leaving us at the end of the year to pursue a new life chapter.

Visual Designer (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

Your tasks

You will take responsibility for our visual appearance – from idea to implementation. This means specifically:

• Concept and design of print and digital media: POS advertising materials, B2B magazines, merchandise, own-brand articles, façade advertising, social media, digital signage, landing pages, and more
• Creation of professional print data including retouching, image processing, and AI-supported image generation
• Management of external business partners (print shops, agencies) and smooth rollout of print campaigns at our stations and OOH touchpoints
• Development and maintenance of presentation templates and business documents
• Active, creative participation in the development of campaigns and marketing measures – you bring your own ideas and contribute to the strategic further development of our visual presence

Qualifikation

What you bring

You have great enthusiasm and expertise in both operational implementation and conceptual collaboration – both belong together for you. This means specifically:

• At least two years of relevant professional experience in graphic design – from an agency, a agile company, or as a freelancer
• Degree in graphic design, communication design, media design, or comparable training
• True dual competence: you move confidently between the print world (print data, retouching, color space) and the digital environment (web, app, social, motion) – and you do it with pleasure and conviction
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Premiere
• Knowledge of film editing, sound design, or color grading would be a plus
• Curious about new tools, AI-supported workflows, and current design trends
• Team player, self-initiative, and a professional claim on yourself
• Driver's license class B and very good German language skills (C2)
