Graphic Designer (m/w/d) - Brand Representation & Advertising Campaigns

In this position, you are responsible for the graphic implementation of our entire brand representation.

You develop designs that create trust, convey professionalism, and visually transport our positioning in the market – no generic templates, no agency design kit.

Tasks

• Design and further development of our Corporate Design
• Design of:
• Advertising campaigns and image appearances
• Social media graphics (e.g. Reels cover, ads, thumbnails)
• Graphics for YouTube, podcast formats, and testimonials
• Presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials
• Digital and possibly printed marketing materials
• Closely working with videography, marketing, and management
• Ensuring a consistent visual appearance across all channels
• Independent implementation of design projects from idea to final file

Qualification

• Experience as Graphic Designer, Media Designer or Brand Designer
• Familiarity with common design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud)
• Sense for layout, typography, colors, and brand impact
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Understanding of brand communication and visual consistency
• Very good German language skills

Nice to have

• Experience with advertising campaigns or brand appearances
• Basic knowledge in Motion Design or Animation
• Experience in the business, consulting, or service sector
• Experience with digital marketing formats
