Your Mission

You develop strong visual solutions for our clients and independently manage design projects from conception to implementation. You are not only creatively responsible but also the direct point of contact for our clients.

You understand briefs, contribute conceptually, bring in your own ideas, and ensure that projects are implemented at a high level creatively, organizationally, and communicatively.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• You independently develop and design brand identities and communication materials for our clients – digital and print.
• You manage design projects from briefing through conception and design to final implementation.
• You are in direct exchange with our clients.
• You create presentations, editorial designs, social media assets, and print media based on existing brand manuals.
• You coordinate feedback and revision rounds and independently keep track of timings, requirements, and next steps.
• You actively contribute ideas and creative impulses.

Qualifications

What we wish for

• Creative strength: You have a strong sense for typography, layout systems, and high-quality brand aesthetics.
• Self-responsibility: You can take on a project independently, structure it, and reliably lead it to completion.
• Communication skills: You are comfortable with direct client contact, can justify your designs, and communicate clearly, friendly, and professionally.
• Conceptual thinking: You don't just implement; you understand brands, question briefs, and develop your own ideas.
• Organizational talent: Even with multiple parallel projects, you keep track of timings, feedback, and to-dos.
• Quality standards: You have an eye for detail and are not satisfied with "looks pretty good."

Your Background

• Completed training as a Media Designer Digital & Print or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally, at least 2 years of professional experience in the design or agency environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as Figma.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• You are familiar with the processes of clean prepress and master clean artwork preparation.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, for direct communication with our clients.
