Graphic Designer / Web Designer (m/f/d)

Full-time, Part-time approx. 30 hours / week or as a freelancer at the Augsburg location
We are not looking for a purely execution-oriented role, but rather someone who actively shapes brand worlds, thinks holistically about design, and translates creative ideas across media into convincing visual solutions – both digital and analog.
We see artificial intelligence as a valuable tool to make operational design processes more efficient and create scope for creative quality, innovation, and brand development.

The most important prerequisite: You have a passion for media and see yourself as a brand ambassador for our brands.

Tasks

• Creation of online advertising materials and design elements for all websites and APPs
• Responsibility for corporate design
• Image editing and retouching
• Sparring partner for internal & external creatives
• Use of AI-supported tools for optimization and automation of operational design tasks

Qualifications

• Completed degree in design or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in digital media design
• High brand understanding and passion for visual design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS Office
• Creativity and a strong aesthetic sense in handling layouts, colors, and typography (reduced, functional design)
• Attention to detail and an open and pragmatic attitude
• Independent work and setting clear priorities
• Social media content creation is an advantage
• Video editing would be desirable
