Graphic Designer - Retail and Communications Design (m/w/d)

We are a retail design agency with our own production and a Monday team from Berlin.

As Graphic Designer (m/w/d) at WESPRO, you will primarily create retail design concepts for store layout and develop various marketing measures in the team with our architect and your project leader.

Together with all participating team members, you will create an individual shopping experience for our customers. This includes, for example, wall decoration, logo development, design of various advertising surfaces, furniture design, lettering from different materials, decorative elements, lighting installations, and much more.

Tasks

• You develop interior design concepts in the retail area.
• You create mood boards for materials and store layout.
• You take over the preparation of presentations.
• You create renderings and print templates.
• You manage many exciting and diverse projects and tasks.
• You receive a lot of free and creative design space.
• You communicate with customers throughout the production process.

Qualification

• You have completed your Bachelor of Arts in Communications Design or a comparable education.
• You have at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in retail design.
• You can already demonstrate very good experience in using the common Adobe programs with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• You possess a good imagination and can think spatially.
• Your knowledge in the 3D area is an advantage, but not a must.
• You think goal-oriented and structure your working day independently.
• You are responsible, resilient, motivated, and have a high quality standard – even under time pressure.
• You demonstrate a communicative and friendly attitude in customer contact via email and phone.
• You speak fluent German and can interact with customers without any problems.
