Graphic Designer (m/w/d) - AI & Design Automation

NEOLYMP is a Berlin-based fitness brand that was founded in 2018. We develop and distribute high-quality fitness products, from climbing bars to fitness bands to walking pads on Amazon and our own online shop.

We currently work with many external service providers in various areas. Our goal is to depict the graphics internally in the future and build this area in-house.

As a Grafikerdesigner (m/w/d), you will take over the entire operational graphic work at our company, be the point of contact for all graphic topics, and implement briefings from marketing and e-commerce independently.

You will work alone as a single contributor, without team responsibility or personnel management. It's not about leading a team, but about executing tasks independently and tidying up.

Aufgaben

• Create Amazon listings from A to Z: product pictures, A+ content, and graphic modules for our marketplace presence.
• Take 3D renderings of our products and transform them independently into sales-strong graphics.
• Creation of ad creative for Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
• Develop creatives with AI tools like Midjourney or Firefly and refine them in Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator.
• Analyze competitors and target groups to create graphics that stand out in the market.
• Built shop banners, product sections, and visuals for our Shopify store and keep them up-to-date.
• Ensure that all graphics, whether Amazon, Shopify, or ads, are uniform and brand-treue.

Qualifikation

• Demonstrable experience with AI-supported image and creative production (Midjourney, Freepik AI, Firefly, etc.).
• High affinity to AI and interest in continuously testing new tools and methods.
• Experience in e-commerce (Amazon, Shopify) or performance marketing.
• Safe handling of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. Blender is a plus!
• Strong understanding of conversion psychology, product staging, and sales-strong design.
• Independent, structured working style and the ability to produce complete visual packages from briefings.
• Fluent German skills in writing and speaking are a must!
