Graphic Designer (m/f/d) Full-Time

We are looking for employees (m/f/d) for our design team that develops visually strong and performance-oriented content for our clients in the real estate industry: including developers, real estate agents, investment distributors, or project developers.

Your Tasks

• Design of social media creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• Development of image ads, carousel ads, short videos & animated elements

• Implementation of psychologically well-thought-out performance design. Designs that not only look good but also convert

• Collaboration with experienced design colleagues to continuously expand your professional knowledge

• Working with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop) and also Canva, depending on the project

Salary: 2,833 Euros per month (gross)

The onboarding phase typically lasts 1–3 months (already fully paid).

Even after more than 12 months of company affiliation, you can continue to expect regular salary increases.

• Completed vocational training or a degree in media design, graphic design, or a comparable field.

• Experience in video editing is required.

• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in an agency or an in-house marketing department.

• You have sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop) or Canva

• You work in a structured, conscientious manner and with a high standard of quality.

• The ability to follow existing processes

• You have a strong understanding of visual communication and pay attention to design consistency.

• You organize yourself independently, communicate reliably, and enjoy working in a team.

• Clean and error-free written communication skills in German
