We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer/in at our Head Quarter in Rostock!

Your Mission 

• Content Creation: Design and implementation of various promotional materials in the print and digital sectors (e.g. flyers, POS materials, social media assets, and newsletter graphics).

• Multichannel-Design: Conceptualization and development of design assets in various formats for web, social media, and print.

• Process Management: Active monitoring of design workflows as well as proactive reporting on optimization potential, problem-solving, and process changes.

• Input: Participation in the conceptual development of marketing campaigns and strategies

• Strategic Design: Development and implementation of original design concepts with a strong creative vision.

• Weiterentwicklung: Observation of current design trends and the integration of new impulses into daily work.

Your Profile

• Professional Experience: You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a comparable position.

• Creativity & Craftsmanship: Strong visual expression paired with the ability to operationalize original ideas in line with brand requirements.

• Precision: High quality standards and love for detail.

• Work Style: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work.

• Communication: Due to our international orientation, very good English language skills in writing and speaking are required.

• Software Knowledge: Secure handling of the Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Additional Qualifications: Knowledge in the areas of image processing, typography, and ideally motion design or video editing.

• Portfolio: A convincing portfolio with work samples in print and digital sectors
