Graphic Designer Fashion & Screen Printing (m/f/d)

We are BEAHATER, a streetwear label from Augsburg. Our prints are created using screen printing, and that's where the decision is made whether a design sits well on the shirt. We are looking for someone who prepares designs for fashion printing and truly understands screen printing.

Your tasks

Build up designs for prints and collections ready for printing

Prepare color separations, halftones, and registration marks for screen printing

Coordinate screens, inks, and materials with the printing shop

Check and approve samples and test prints

Maintain print data and file storage cleanly

Work with production and marketing on the collections

What you bring with you

Experience in graphic design for fashion, ideally with screen printing

Proficient with Illustrator and Photoshop in prepress

Understanding of colors, halftones, and materials on textiles

Carefulness and attention to detail

Willingness to work on-site in Augsburg

Your tasks

You will design new graphics for our streetwear collections and adapt them for screen printing. You will accompany the entire process from the initial sketch to the print-ready motif for textiles.

Your first months at BEAHATER Clothing

In the first few weeks, you will familiarize yourself with our existing design lines and create your first own screen printing motifs for our upcoming textiles.

What you bring with you

You have experience in graphic design with a focus on fashion and in practical screen printing. Even if you don't meet all the requirements, we still look forward to your application.

Remuneration

For this position, the remuneration is EUR 16–17 per hour.

About your application

This position is a fixed-term employment contract for 12 months with a weekly working time of 40 hours and a 6-month probation period. The start date is 01.01.2027 in Augsburg, and you are entitled to 24 days of paid leave annually.
