Graphic Designer / Media Designer (m/w/d) – Events, Merchandise & Campaigns

We, XLETIX GmbH, are market leaders for obstacle course running events in Europe with our headquarters in Berlin. We organize and market the XLETIX Challenge presented by MaxiNutrition, Schauinsland Muddy Angel Run, and XLETIX Kids for over 250,000 sports enthusiasts in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your tasks

• You develop visual concepts and individual layouts that are precisely tailored to our target groups and events.
• You design for various touchpoints – from social media, mailings, and campaign motifs to banner designs and event graphics, as well as merchandise articles and medals.
• A significant part of your work is visualizing event concepts: You create track and base plans, as well as understandable sketches of obstacles, and bring a good spatial imagination into play.
• You develop new design ideas, question existing implementations, and bring fresh impulses from trends and inspirations from the market into play.
• You create mood boards and visual concepts for new products and design lines, for example, for merchandise.
• You accompany projects from the initial idea to the final proof, ensuring clean print data. You keep deadlines and project schedules in mind.
• You are the guardian of our corporate design, ensuring consistent adherence to the CI across all media, and take over the graphic quality control of our visual implementations.

• have a well-developed visual sense and enjoy developing new creative ideas.
• work conceptually, think designs further, and actively draw inspiration from trends, brands, and design in the market.
• have a good spatial imagination and can visualize content in a way that is easy to understand.
• like to work in a team, communicate openly, and bring a pleasant, uncomplicated approach.
• are familiar with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• have experience in creating professional print data and a good understanding of print and production processes.
• work structured, recognize connections quickly, and find pragmatic solutions.
• can communicate and write fluently in German (at least C1 level).
• can support us full-time.
