Graphic Designer / Media Designer (Digital) - 100% remote (m/w/d)

Hey - I'm Julian, founder of retentionclub. For over 4 years now, everything revolves around one question: How do you turn a one-time buyer into a true fan? I build customer loyalty for e-commerce brands, every day, with passion.

I'm looking for someone with genuine graphic craftsmanship - no assembly-line job, but responsibility for designs that run live at our customers. No 'just make the template brighter', but own templates, own style, real feedback.

Tasks

• Design layouts for emails & digital content - from the initial idea to the finished template
• Typeface, colors, spacing, structure - your craft, your playground
• Built reusable templates that still look great on their third use
• Take existing designs and make them sharper
• Direct line to me, no five hierarchical levels in between

Qualification

• Learnt graphic design or media design - whether through training, study, or learning by doing
• Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Eye for layout, typography, visual clarity
• Feedback is input to you, not an attack
• You actually read things thoroughly before it starts (build that somewhere into your application - so we know you've read this far)
